 A: Helo, this is Tim in IT.

B: Hi, Tim This is Sara. I'm calling from the 3rd floor. I've got a problem with my keyboard.

A: Good morning, Sara. Is it a standard keyboard or a wireless keyboard?

B: It's a standard one and the delete key is stuck. I've deleted a whole page of text!

A: Oh dear! So first, make sure you've saved all your work. OK, now unplug the keyboard from your PC. Next, turn it over and hit it gently.

B: What? Are you sure?

A: Yes - if the keys have got dirt inside them, they sometimes get stuck.

B: OK . . . now what?

A: Now plug the keyboard in again. Press the enter key and see what happens.

B: Alright. Hey, it's working! Thanks.

A: Great!

B: Tim, wait a minute. Now the s key isn't working. I'm pressing the key, but the symbol doesn't appear on the monitor.

A: Alright, I'll come and take a look. We'll try cleaning some of the keys.

B: Thanks. I'm in Room 312.

A: Hola, sóc Tim informàtic.

B: Hola, Tim sóc Sara. Estic trucant de la tercera planta. Tinc un problema amb el meu teclat.

B: Que? Estàs segur?

A: Ara endolla'l una altra vegada. Pressiona la tecla enter i mira el que passa.

B: Tim, espera un minut. Ara la tecla s no esta funcionant. Estic pressionant la tecla, peró el símbol no apareix en la pantalla.

Assembling a Computer

1- First  you gotta turn off your computer.

2- Remove the side panel.

3- Insert the sound card into the slot.

4- Screw it on place.

5- Plug in the computer

6- Check if it works
